IT Il rituale del tè, quel puntuale rinnovarsi degli stessi gesti e della stessa degustazione, quel’accesso a sensazioni semplici, autentiche e raffinate, quella libertà concessa a tutti, a poco prezzo, di diventare aristocratici del gusto, perché il tè è la bevanda dei ricchi così come dei poveri, il rituale del tè, quindi, ha la straordinaria virtù di aprire una breccia di serena armonia nel’assurdità delle nostre vite. Sì, l’universo tende segretamente alla vacuità, le anime perdute rimpiangono la bellezza, l’insensatezza ci accerchia. Allora beviamo una tazza di tè. Scende il silenzio, fuori si ode il vento che soffia, le foglie autunnali stormiscono e volano via, il gatto dorme in una calda luce. E, a ogni sorso, il tempo si sublima.
